All our programs will take place in a outdoor environment and participants understand that there are inherent dangers and certain elements of unpredictability that accompany the excitment of the activity. Personal or group insurance is not included in the trip price. Every effort is made to ensure safety to all participants. They will agree to sign an indemnify form, condition for Pro Eco Adventure Sdn Bhd to accept them on the trip.
It is possible that due to inclement weather or any unforeseen circumstances that the itinerary should be changed, Pro Eco Adventure Sdn Bhd will subsitute arrangement of the similar standard. However, no refund will be available.
Reservations / Payment
A 50% booking is required at the time of the booking and the balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to departure.

Cancellation Charges
- 14 days before deparutre = 50 % of the tour cost.
- 8 to 13 days to departure = 70 % of the tour cost.
- 7 days or less to departure = 100 % of the tour cost.
(compensation for business loss that cannot be replaced under such short notice)
